Re: help for svd WE fps inconsistency

Message par Cap'tain Caverne » 27 mai 2013, 21:25

Hello,

On my side I just want to give informations that the ACE VD from WE is inconsistency at 450/500fps with green gaz too, I think that the valve or moer specifically the spring valve need to be upgraded to something more harder to be more stable.

I think that the spring valve is too soft, or too weak to be able to run with high pressure (CO² or upgraded Green Gas system), and then the valve do what it want...

So perhaps try to find a solution to add something on the valve or on the spring to have a harder valve spring.

Regards.

thanks

I'll get more springs with little variation between them, each time more and go hard
I will see the valve to do

and looking at how the system works with a video of ratech on npas,
apparently the air passes through the valve pushing floating behind, so the disposal cap bb, passing the air blowback
also have to see if you can improve this valve float.
talves another aluminum that can be used, some marui, and put a small rubber oring.
I think like you that the secret is in the spring and the valve.
also would be good to try enlarging the initial air passage to the rear of the valve.
could also enlarge the back of the valve up to advance faster.

I leave a picture of what they do for the m14, I do not say cut the size, since that is the largest size of the piece npas, if not enlarge the size of outgoing parts.

that ideas will seem to start?

thanks and sorry for my bad english , i am use google translator

If the valve move fatser, the power decrease... And you don't want that...

You need to find a solution to have a harder spring.

I will make several of the same length but of different hardnesses and see which one suits

the idea is to get some stability at 550 or 580 fps, with the lowest possible pressure inside the charger.

another thing is that the gas svd consuming, so the idea of having the least pressure possible so have more shots, at least to shoot a full magazine.

Hello,
tanaka is a gbb, only 5 to 10 fps variation using co2 600 fps.
one must look at how svd
No, it's a Bolt Action Rifle, not a GBB (there's no Blawback).
A+

titus, thanks
we know what is the tanaka and what is the svd, my request for help is just to see how to remove the extreme variation that has the fps

Like I always say the SVD is much more fun than the tanaka :)

thanks

Hi,

There's a variation of the fps just because of the difference between the two, the M700 is a bolt rifle, and the SVD is a GBBR.

The design is totally different, once the bolt closed, nothing moves in the M700, while the nozzle of the SVD remains mobile.
A+

hello
is such that
remove the blowback of SVD, and did not change much of anything only 15 or 10 fps is very good :)
I mean everything is perfect, minus the floating valve
I do not say you do not have eye variation
the issue that 50 fps or more is much that varies.

if I can get 15 maximum variety
would be happy

but more than 50 is very difficult to control

As the weekend we had made 20 shots heading, of which 12 are low, several to more than 60, the laser rangefinder to me lies a little short distances, but not more than 1 or 2 meters
and one of them was 75 meters

but I would like to try to improve
my question is that I'm not unhappy, it's just trying to improve

Make your spring valve harder. Or stack the valve with an aluminium tube. I say that for trying, I don't try this myself, maybe it is a path to explore :)

Let us know ;)

I have an idea I will see if it works

plugging the output of blowback, the variation is from 10 to 15 fps.
Now my idea is to make a float valve, but in the end do a orring and the right size, so the first hit single out the valve pushing forward

I'll see if I can make a drawing of my idea, because my English is very bad.

in a while I leave a picture of what I make and test

regards
